Payment.

Payment is to be made in full via the XT-Sup website (www.xt-sup.co.uk).

Payment is processed via PayPal and therefore no card details are sent to XT-SUP.

Each activity listed will have its own availability calendar where you can select the date you wish and the number of participants.

Receipt of email verification will confirm payment received.

You will also receive an email shortly after with additional details of the purchased activity and what to expect.

If any date or activity is not listed as available which you would like, please send a message and we’ll see if we can help.

Equipment.

All equipment is checked prior to each activity for damage.

Please report any damage caused to kit during your activity.

By participating in an activity, you agree to take responsibility for and pay for any damage caused by improper use.

Health and Safety.

Stand up Paddle Boarding is considered an “extreme” water-sport where there is a possibility of falling in the water and getting wet.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If participant is under the age of 18 all forms must be read and signed by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.

All participants with a medical condition must disclose this at the time of booking, for minor conditions these should be disclosed to the instructor prior to the session.

All participants must not paddle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

All participants will receive an introduction to their equipment before the start of the session.

Participants must not let anyone else use their kit without agreement of the instructor.

Cancellation and Refund Policy.

XT-Sup maintains the right to cancel sessions at any time should we believe the weather conditions too dangerous.
We do not cancel sessions due to light to medium rain showers or cloudy sky. We cancel sessions if the wind is high or forecast to be blowing dangerously and we feel the group will not maintain their ability to cope, or in the instance of lightning storms.

In the event of a poor weather cancellation, we will reschedule the lesson to a day with better weather.

We have a no refund policy if the activity is cancelled due to personal circumstances within less than 48 hours prior to activity.

If activity is cancelled within 48 hours and the customer wishes to reschedule they must pay a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total amount due.

Customers may only reschedule their activity once unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather. In that case, the session can be rescheduled as required.
We hold the right to cancel/postpone your activity at any point if we deem the weather conditions unsafe.

The customer is advised to obtain travel insurance prior to the lesson in the event they need to cancel.

Insurance.

XT-Sup is covered by public liability insurance with an indemnity limit of £5 million.

Specific details of our insurance can be provided to clients upon request. This does not cover lesson cancellations by yourself or personal travel cover.

Photography & media.

By default, all participants to any XT-Sup activity will have their photos taken for marketing purposes through various social media channels.

If you do not wish photos to be taken on your activity, please inform us in advance.

Any photos of under 18’s will not be automatically shared online with out permission of the parents/legal guardian.

Finally.

XT-Sup reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice.
